Catalyst HTI has created a community of health care innovation professionals and businesses to help quicken the pace of industry advancement by providing a welcoming, healthy, and informative environment where thought leaders can collaborate and innovate, together.
“CIVHC is excited to work with the innovators at Catalyst HTI,” states Ana English, CIVHC President and CEO. “This is a wonderful opportunity to interface with likeminded people and foster collaboration across sectors.”
In 2009, CIVHC began as a convener of diverse stakeholders committed to changing the way care is paid for and delivered. Through work groups and task forces, CIVHC cultivated relationships with likeminded partners that continue to make improvements throughout Colorado.
“The time is right for imagination and innovation in health care,” notes English. “CIVHC is proud to join local and national Change Agents in this one-of-a-kind endeavor.”
CIVHC’s mission and vision is to empower individuals, communities, and organizations through collaborative support services and health care information to advance the Triple Aim of better health, better care, and lower costs.
“Given CIVHC’s mission and leadership position in the state of Colorado, I couldn’t be more excited to have their leadership at Catalyst HTI as we commit to work together to reimagine how we deliver care to Coloradans, and beyond,” said Catalyst HTI President, Mike Biselli.
CIVHC (civhc.org) is an objective, not-for-profit organization that empowers individuals, communities, and organizations advancing the Triple Aim of better health, better care, and lower costs through data and collaborative support services. We believe that together we can alter the trajectory of health care and we are privileged to serve those striving toward a better health system for us all. Through services, health data, and analytics, we partner with Change Agents to drive towards the Triple Aim for all Coloradans.
