DENVERThe North American Specialty Hospital (NASH) is proud to be one of the newest members of the Catalyst HTI ecosystem in Denver, Colorado.

“Catalyst HTI has launched an exciting effort to reimagine health and to revolutionize healthcare, and we’re delighted to be a part of it,” said Jim Polsfut, CEO of NASH.  “We’re members of Catalyst HTI because we share its vision and are committed to being part of the solution.”

As an international center of excellence in the delivery of healthcare, NASH serves U.S. self-ensured employers which seek reductions in healthcare expense as a result of a center of excellence’s ability to produce higher and more consistent healthcare quality outcomes (i.e, from fewer misdiagnosed procedures, readmissions, wound infections, etc.). In Cancun, within a Joint Commission International accredited Mexican private general hospital, NASH has opened itsfirst specialty hospital program, using U.S. clinical protocols, U.S. quality benchmarks and performance metrics, U.S. medical supplies and equipment, U.S. surgeons on rotation from U.S. cities near where NASH’s patients work and live, and U.S. malpractice insurance coverage, along with a U.S. hotel directly attached to the hospital (a Sheraton Four Points)

“When I first conceived of what Catalyst could be,” said President Mike Biselli, “I imagined people with bold ideas coming together across organizations to find new solutions to some of our biggest healthcare challenges.  The folks at NASH are actively taking part in exactly those kinds of breakthrough initiatives and are a welcome addition to our community. Our ecosystem is very fortunate to have NASH’s leadership on campus!”
